TASTING NOTES
Complex and enveloping bouquet with predominant notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by hints of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, tobacco, and sweet spices, derived from barrel aging.
Perfect paired with grilled or braised red meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses, and traditional cuisine dishes.
