FRIULANO

A glimpse into an ancient tradition rooted in Friulian culture, this wine presents itself with sensations of growing freshness. Friulano is a wine featuring notes of ripe apple and dried fruit, with a slight bitter note on the finish; it pairs well with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma

Elegant, intense, and captivating. The varietal expression of citrus, tomato leaf, and almond is enhanced by fruity notes of apricot and yellow peach, with floral hints of jasmine and citron zest. The aromatic perception is almost viscous in its intensity and structure.

Pairings

Traditional as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with prosciutto, salami, and cured meats in general; it also pleasantly accompanies fish dishes, as well as fresh and fatty cheeses.
