TASTING NOTES
Rich in aromas, from decidedly bitter notes such as Wormwood and Cinchona, to herbaceous and floral ones, with a light hint of spices and sweet woods.
Ideal as an aperitif, served in a tumbler with ice and a twist of orange or lemon, or as a base for various classic cocktails such as the Manhattan and Americano. It pairs well with cured meats and spicy cheeses.
